Oil and filter change. I’ve had terrible experiences with Chrysler Napa and subpar experiences with Concord so I took a shot at Vallejo and I was not disappointed. Vinny helped me out and I was super grateful for his service through the whole process. I originally went Thinking that I needed to have a 60,000 mileage check up as well as an oil change. Vinny assured me that I should save it for the next oil change since I only had 54,000 miles on my Jeep. I’ll gladly make this my “go to” dealership for all my future service needs. More
So I bought a used car I brought in my paperwork from CarFax and TrueCar for the cars I was interested in. It had to be manual shift, with a trunk, Honda, less than 50,000 m I brought in my paperwork from CarFax and TrueCar for the cars I was interested in. It had to be manual shift, with a trunk, Honda, less than 50,000 miles, and have a CD player and sunroof. I know - picky - right? I placed a car on hold and the price was 18,000, the next morning the car listed on TrueCar at 17,000 - when I got to the dealership they refused to honor the 17,000 new pricing even though I had the print-out and the notification email on my phone.. I was able to get the full drivetrain lifetime warranty that was listed as part of the sale, and I did opt in for the 36 month or 36,000 bumper to bumper warranty - because you never really know what you are going to get with a used vehicle. The car ran well, was clean - even though they said that they had it detailed - there was obviously no vacuuming done. I expected to have a full tank of gas when I drove it off the lot since they had sent it off-site to get gas when the Low Fuel indicator came on - imagine my surprise when I went to drive off - with only 1/2 tank of gas. If I'm paying 18,000 for a car, and additional for the warranty add-on - the least you can do is fill the Frakking tank with gas. I will have to take it to the dealership to have it serviced - but that's fine. Today I noticed that the brakes are squealing a bit - so my first service will be less than 3 weeks after purchase. Overall I'm happy because it's a fun car to drive - and it's a Honda - so I know it will hold it's value. I just with that they had honored the published pricing - and been customer service oriented enough to give me a car with a full tank of gas. More

Should have prefaced call by telling whoever did answer that I wanted to buy a car and maybe would not have been given a fictitious name! When I told "Sebastian" I spoke to the service manager earlier, he could not tell me his name because he stated, " I don't bother learning anyone's name until they have worked here at least a week!" Then told me service manager was no longer working there after two days. Had a new radio installed and GPS upgraded. No one bothered to inform me that connection was incomplete when I picked up vehicle. Had to return numerous times. As far as I am concerned Vinny must be underpaid because he is doing the job of three people with little support. More

When I showed the dealership the next day they ordered a new windshield and had it installed within 3 days! They even gave me a loaner to drive to work!!!!!!! Awesome service I must say! More
