The ones working on the vehicles, not a complaint. I’ve never bought a vehicle here, but have used their service exclusively. It’s why I bought Dodge over any other vehicle I’ve previously owned...their service. More

Poor performance The person I was working with had terrible knowledge of the car . Didn’t even know about the warranty . He approached me like I was a nobody . I didnt get much information about anything. I am a first time buyer. I dont know where i will be picking up or when i will be receiving my license plate. Finance pretty much is rude and didnt explain anything to me. Everytime i would ask a question he would ask me if i want the car or not instead of giving me a straight foward answer!!!!! Bottom line the dont give a xxxx about you only the money you bring to them. By the way micheal was good but i didnt like the way he spoke to his fellow employees. More

Disappointed I was lied to continuously. I was told that my request was submitted to cancel Gap Insurance and it was never sent. I finally contacted SouthWest Rein I was lied to continuously. I was told that my request was submitted to cancel Gap Insurance and it was never sent. I finally contacted SouthWest Reinsurance today myself. I was told they never received the request. It's been over a month and I kept getting the run around from Hernando Osario via Michelle Menkes. Very disappointed. I'm not sure why my request was flat out ignored. Very strange. More
