The General Manager, Kyle, was involved from the very beginning and walked me through all of the options without pressuring me. He genuinely wanted me to be satisfied and I feel like he truly cared about making me happy. Since our purchase, I received a thank you call from Alane and a hand-written card and call from Kyle personally! You will never find service or professionalism like this anywhere else! The car that we were buying was perfect for my son, but because the communication and the way we were treated was so bad, I almost pulled out of the deal. He never even came over once the car was purchased to say “thank you” for the purchase at his dealership. Totally unprofessional. I have told this to many friends, family, business associates .
