I do have one issue: there is some sort of material on the windshield that looks like drips of clear glue. It is only visible when driving into the sun and is very annoying. I would have liked to have it removed if i had noticed at the time of the test drive and purchase. Unfortunately I didn't notice it until after I had purchased the car. More

You couldn't ask for a more reputable honest car sales experience. There service center is second to none. We recently purchased an other new Subaru Outback. We bought our 2012 Outback from Mitchell and had a great experience with our sales person Greg Wheeler we desired to look at the 2016 Outbacks. Greg told us we were too early for the 2016's but he kept us informed and called us when we could order the 2016. Well we have the 2016 Outback now for 3 months. What a car. I thought the 2012 was great, I can't describe how much improved the 2016's are. I never thought they could improve on the the Outback model. Greg Wheeler and I have become good friends. It all went swimmingly, and I was on the road by 9:00, with assurances that my tires were in fine shape going into ice-&-snow season.
