He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and presented me with all of the information I would need in order to make a buy decision. I never felt pressured to complete a deal and I appreciated that. I felt very comfortable working with Ron and the Mitchell Group. Having visited other dealerships during the buying process, I found those things are less common place than they should be. Overcharged for "registration" by nearly $100.00 when the "dealer conveyance fee" of $399.00 was charged. Charged for "window etching" when not wanted or requested.
