I was up front letting Ron know that I was at the beginning of my research and just wanted to learn about the line of Ram trucks. Ron took his time with me and answered all of my questions. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and presented me with all of the information I would need in order to make a buy decision. I never felt pressured to complete a deal and I appreciated that. I felt very comfortable working with Ron and the Mitchell Group. Having visited other dealerships during the buying process, I found those things are less common place than they should be.
