My experince purchasing a new vechicle @ Mitchell dodge. The Salesmens, and Loan Officer were very friendly and informative towards the purchase of my new vehicle . I felt very comfortable talking to them , I did not feel forced into the purchase. Also J.P. was very cooperative on the sales of the add ons like ( the bed liner) and how I did not have to worry about a loaner vechicle. Eventually I will test out there service department to see how they work for me. More

Dishonest Advertised Sale Price "Sale" price advertised is fraudulent. Ct. state sales tax calculated on a fake inflated sale price generated resulting in being overcharged in sale "Sale" price advertised is fraudulent. Ct. state sales tax calculated on a fake inflated sale price generated resulting in being overcharged in sales tax. Overcharged for "registration" by nearly $100.00 when the "dealer conveyance fee" of $399.00 was charged. Charged for "window etching" when not wanted or requested. Not accredited by the Better Business Bureau. More
