Oil Change I would recommend this business we have always been treated fairly. However after the oil change there was a puddle of oil under the car in the garag I would recommend this business we have always been treated fairly. However after the oil change there was a puddle of oil under the car in the garage. It left several other spots where parked. We had to return to the dealership to have the problem corrected. The problem was the drain plug was not tightened. So our afternoon was tied up with driving across town waiting for service to correct the problem. More

Passenger airbag sensor replacement I called to make an appointment to have the passenger airbag sensor replaced. I told the service center I had performed the reset test of the sensor a I called to make an appointment to have the passenger airbag sensor replaced. I told the service center I had performed the reset test of the sensor and was pretty sure it was the airbag sensor. I bought the car from a Honda dealership so I took it to them first to see if it was just wiring. They said it was a bad sensor. So I scheduled with the Nissan dealership to have the sensor replaced. I dropped the car off approximately 15 min before it's appointment. They thought it would be about an hour to service. I came back 1 hour 15 min later and the car was just going in. After another hour I found out they had only done the testing that had already been done. So I paid for an hour of service to only tell me what I already knew. Which is quite frustrating since it's an hour to the dealership for me so when the part comes in it'll be another 4 hours for me to get the problem fixed this time. More

Joe and Justin were good about answering questions and discussing the benefits of leasing or buying. I had many questions about the vehicles and am generally a slow purchaser and they were good about answering all my questions but being patient with my decisions. I decided to get the Kona in 2019 and they were great about helping me find the right options for me, which in this case was a lease with an option to buy after the lease. Adam was excellent to work with with the financing and option packages. I look forward to continued work with Missoula Nissan & Hyundai! More

This was my first time buying a brand new car, because I wanted a Hyundai and there’s no Hyundai dealer near Belgrade I had two choices Missoula or Gr This was my first time buying a brand new car, because I wanted a Hyundai and there’s no Hyundai dealer near Belgrade I had two choices Missoula or Great Falls. Since my daughter is going UM and the Missoula dealer had better prices the decision was an easy one. From the first time I contacted the dealership I felt they were helpful and up front with all the questions. Because I lived in Belgrade I had to do most of this over the phone and Troy was great in answering my questions and did so in a timely manner. When I was finally able to get to Missoula and get the deal done everyone I had to work with was helpful and friendly. Over all it was a good experience and would recommend Missoula Nissan and Hyundai to everyone. More
