Straightforward and forthright. I wanted a specific new vehicle and I knew what price I was willing to pay. I sent out an internet request for quotes. Dealers had one chance to provide their best offer with me and I made it clear that I would not share other dealer quotes to "match". That treats all dealers fairly. This was understood and the buying experience was hassle free. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from this dealership. More

Wow... just wow and I had sung their praises before this! Wow not after our 3rd and 4th experience here. IWouldn’t have anything to do with this dealership. I don’t even want to step foot in there for service or maintenance at this point. Almost messed up our credit. Messed up the financing on both vehicles we bought... lack of follow through on the deals by finance manager Adam... I had to tell him to go back to nmac for my own financing then he claims he “saved the deal”... then if I had listened to him and waited another week for something “to come in the mail”, our late payment would’ve been reported to ALL 3credit bureaus. We were forced to get financing at a higher percentage rate due to him not clarifying with the lender we were trading 2 cars for 2 Trucks now were stuck paying a higher interest rate with a non Nissan lender on our first trade in... we had late registration fees on both vehicles which Justin had to pay us back with his own $. Stil haven’t received a payment or welcome packet from nmac... I had to call and find out my payment is late by 2 days and ask my account number directly from nmac to make a payment online immediately. There’s no way to complain because then I get yelled at literally by Justin on my cell phone as I was leaving urgent care. Who won’t listen or even ask you if what he’s been led to believe is even true. I cannot believe what this dealership has done... it’s the stuff of nightmares. And I’m sure there’s no recourse because when you call Nissan they just tell the dealership and it was not even close to what I said. It doesn’t go beyond that either... and after all the rollercoaster, fees, stress and near ruined credit... I get yelled at by someone I actually trusted. I’m sure if there’s a response here... it’ll be pure denial. I’m done. This is exactly why ppl don’t trust dealerships or the con artists that work there. Thanks for that lesson. More
