Not going back You have an old name listed for service. There are times only one service writer.. not enough. Dirty inside arm rest. Had to be towed to tire shop. Was told I needed new cabin air filter. Hello replaced this six months ago. Have had multiple issues in the service department. Had to go to General manager to have the third visit for same issue until some one finally got to the bottom of it. I worked at this dealership many years ago. I am very dissatisfied and will not be back. I have given the benefit of the doubt but no longer. More

Disappointed I scheduled my car for a Saturday but you didn't have a technition so I rescheduled for Monday. When I asked about the free car wash/vacuum I was tol I scheduled my car for a Saturday but you didn't have a technition so I rescheduled for Monday. When I asked about the free car wash/vacuum I was told you only do it on Saturday. It used to be complimentary on any day. It is what made your company stand out but now you are no different than any other oil change company yet they get you out within 30 minutes and I waited 2 hours. More

I always use this dealership for all my service needs. I brought my XTerra in for a complete checkup. Not only did they change fluids, replace filters etc, they found a broken seal that was leaking fluid I brought my XTerra in for a complete checkup. Not only did they change fluids, replace filters etc, they found a broken seal that was leaking fluid onto the break pads. I live up in the hills, off the grid, so my vehicle has to be in great shape. It took all day (10:30 AM - 4:45 PM) but they did everything I asked for and then some. Mike in the service center was quick and helpful in diagnosing and explaining what the cause was. Turns out, it was due to faulty timing chain parts (which appears that Nissan knew about, but didn't recall so now I'm spending close to $1700.00 to fix it.) Regardless of why, the folks at Missoula Nissan did what they could to help get this resolved as quick as possible, overnighting parts as well as gettimg me a loaner car, and for that I am thankful. Happy with the service they provided, from checking in, all the way through pick up. Will schedule my future services with them again, even though I live an hour away.
