Disappointed I was very disappointed with my visit. The Hyundai Kona I purchased had a battery that died on me a month after I purchased the vehicle. Once I charge I was very disappointed with my visit. The Hyundai Kona I purchased had a battery that died on me a month after I purchased the vehicle. Once I charged the battery and drove back to the dealer it took 4 hours for them to find a battery that worked. Aside from that I tried to pick up my license plates from the DMV and the DMV said it was sent back to the dealership because of a notary issue. I called to get an extension and they forgot to email it to me twice! They finally sent it to me after I sent an email to the general manager. I live an hour and a half away from the dealership and it makes me not want to make the drive because of the poor service. More

After the fact I called the dealer I purchased it from and they had records of the service being done...so now unfortunately I am out $500 I didn't have to begin with...and to top it off they spilled transmission fluid on the exhaust so I had to take it back because of the awful spell... Great service! Stopped into Missoula Nissan when traveling away from home and engine light came in.
