Something has changed!!! So my car was bought from this dealership and they have always rotated my tires but this last time decided not to due to a small dent they saw on a ri So my car was bought from this dealership and they have always rotated my tires but this last time decided not to due to a small dent they saw on a rim although that dent was there the last time they rotated them. Pleased. I had to travel from Great Falls so I made an appointment. However we miscommunicated so when I got there I was not on the schedule. Bought an expensive problem On May 21, 2019 I brought my 2004 Frontier in to have its belts changed. On leaving the shop I noticed a persistent rattle that had not been there bef On May 21, 2019 I brought my 2004 Frontier in to have its belts changed. On leaving the shop I noticed a persistent rattle that had not been there before. Made an appointment to come in and have the problem diagnosed/fixed on May 31. A part of an muffler heat shied was removed. However, shortly after I left the shop the rattle continued. In short, after two trips to Missoula, two days of lost work, and $650 of expense, I now have a problem I didn't have when I brought it to your shop, and I still don't know what it is, and I can't really drive my vehicle with any confidence. Am I a satisfied customer? Your service folks were very courteous, but I wasn't really there for courtesy. More
Good for the most part The car was awesome. The customer service was really good as well. What I had a problem with, is having a detail take 5 hours when it didn't even look The car was awesome. Was there at 9 am for an appointment, to get my car back at 1:40 to still be wet and have debris in between the seat stitching. That was unacceptable. More
