Friendly service but maybe not honest. There is not enough space to express how disappointed I am in this service center. I went in for a scheduled oil change and fix an annoying rattle. After an expensive diagnostic test I was given a long list of items wrong with my car. The cost was more that the car. Needed NEW: rear brakes and sway arms, rear catalytic converter, new ball joints and control arms, and fluid flush to name a few. I settled on replacing the 2 front ball joints and control arms, a scheduled oil change and the rattle totalling $950.00. ($35.00 to use a couple of zip ties to fix the rattle. ) I decided to get a second opinion on some of the other items that needed attention. Brakes a good at 50% and the catalytic converter is working 100% great. I love my Murano but this will be it for service for me. I absolutely do not trust this business and will not return. More
Service took too long I scheduled an oil change appointment for my car. It took an hour and a half to change the oil. Very slow service. Great experience Service was great, prompt and friendly. Called me to go over what they thought I needed. Poor information from service writer. The service itself was excellent but the female service writer was lousy. From misscheduling my appointment, to telling me the incorrect length of tim The service itself was excellent but the female service writer was lousy. From misscheduling my appointment, to telling me the incorrect length of time the visit would take, to telling me it would not be ready that day when the mechanic said it would be done in 20 minutes, to not retrieving a rental car in a timely fashion that ultimately was not needed. She should find another job. I would be happy to speak to the Service Manager if he chooses. More
Fun for a day I was going to get something but wasnt thinking it was going to be that day.
