Recall I recently took my Altima in for a recall on the camera. I called and made an appointment that was within a reasonable time period. I brought my car in after hours and filled out the envelope and dropped my keys in the drop box. My appointment was at 7:30 and they called me to tell me the car was by 9:00. It was quick and easy. Pleasantly surprised at the experience.... I am an elderly gentleman, so I have had many opportunities to both peruse and purchase many vehicles from automobile dealerships, and in many areas o I am an elderly gentleman, so I have had many opportunities to both peruse and purchase many vehicles from automobile dealerships, and in many areas of the country. I can tell you without reservation my experience at the Missoula Nissan, and Hyundai store was enjoyable (yes, enjoyable!) and it was a complex purchase, 3 vehicles, and trade ins, out of county paperwork, etc. I cannot say that about any of my previous vehicle purchases. I had some reservations initially and almost purchased through the internet, (glad I changed my mind ) which I have done before, and it didn't turnout as expected. I can also say that I am not easy to please , and while I thought I had the type ,year, color all picked out, before heading out to the car-lot, I really didn't. I called ahead and got the salesperson.... Joe Blixt. This guy was great, patient, knowledgeable and I could say caring, in the sense he wanted me to be happy with my purchase. Needless to say after some trying hours, due to my indecisiveness, I purchased a vehicle that will fit my needs even better than I had thought I could find, and within my budget. To finish the story...... in addition to dealing with Joe, I worked together with both Scott, and Adam ....Thanks you guys for all for your professionalism, your time, experience.....and patience!
