Poor service I repeatedly took my vehicle in for an electrical problem. The last time I was there, I was told that now my car was out of warranty (<700 miles - duh I repeatedly took my vehicle in for an electrical problem. The last time I was there, I was told that now my car was out of warranty (<700 miles - duh)! And that the current service crew was not responsible for prior failures to fix the problem because the staff had changed entirely and now they were under new management/ownership. This service department FAILS to stand behind its work. Nice to know that if the staff changes, they instantly lose all records of your visits and won't take responsibility for previous work done in the shop. You do not need to have your services done at the dealership, and I suggest that you do not have it done there. I also would not buy a Nissan again. More

Oil change and service I had these folks work an a car some time ago, and just started having them service my new Murano a few days ago. From the time I pulled up, to when t I had these folks work an a car some time ago, and just started having them service my new Murano a few days ago. From the time I pulled up, to when they said it was done, was very enjoyable! I sat in the lounge and ate chocolate chip cookies and kicked back! Very reasonable prices on the full synthetic oil as well! Worth the trip to Missoula to have the work done and do some shopping. Staff was very friendly and courteous! I will be back for more cookies in the near future! More
