My wife and I recently leased a new mini from Mini of Peabody. Before entering the Peabody store we spent our time visiting other mini dealerships around New England. The experience was terrible. Financially speaking after the deal was over, the numbers, were very close,the sourness of the visit is based on the lack of integrity at the other dealerships. One example; the finance manager and I were negotiating the net cap cost of the car based on the printout he just printed, when I asked him if he was able to print the numbers we where discussing, he told me his printer was broken and walked out of the room. When he returned I asked him if it was ok for me to write the numbers(money factor/residual value/cap cost) in my notebook. The finance manager did not have a problem with this so I wrote the numbers down thanked them for their time and left. My wife and I were willing to leave the New England area in search of a decent dealer, to lease our car from. We decided to stop in at the Peabody dealership. To say the least we are both very happy and it was a good choice. When we walked into the showroom we were greeted by the sales manager Brig Currie. He was very polite and listened to our needs. My wife asked him a few questions about the cars and he was very happy to provide answers, without overloading us with his desire to sell the car. Brig and I sat down to negotiate the cap cost of the car, during this time I explained to him what had happened at the competitions dealership. He ensured me this would not happen at the Peabody dealership and he was correct. We spent a short amount of time talking about price, money factor and residual value before agreeing on a price that would work for both of us. The experience was easy and painless. So we locked in the numbers and ordered the car. Delivery was on-time, the pickup and lease signing experience was great. Motoring Advisor Evans Tsiaousopoulos was there to greet my wife and I as we walked into the showroom with our car ready. Because of our work schedule we picked the car up late, close to the stores closing time. Evans did not hesitate to stay late and walked us threw every feature of our new car to the smallest detail. The lease signing was informative, professional, and progressed at our speed not the dealers. After the lease was signed Evans made us photo copies of paperwork we wanted copied, not required items. He opened the showroom door, had my wife drive out, then he came out and went threw the setup once again before putting her out on the road home. The overall experience at Mini of Peabody is one of the best I have ever experienced and I highly recommend to anyone who wants to get a fair price with outstanding service. More
I found Luis and Kevin to be professional, informative and completely accommodating. Luis allowed me to drive a s version and a cooper and took the time to explain the differences between the two. The delivery was complete informative and all my questions were answered. They arranged for me to have the a gps installed for me. To sum it up it was an excellent buying experience and I am thinking of buying s 2nd mini for my wife. More
This is our 2nd Mini. The 1st, a convertible sold us on the vehicle, but the dealership and Brian totally sold us on the second. Brian even put a mini red bow on the steering wheel, knowing it was a Chris the vehicle, but the dealership and Brian totally sold us on the second. Brian even put a mini red bow on the steering wheel, knowing it was a Christmas present from my hubby! We actually waited until we knew Brian was in to talk about our 2nd Mini. Have to admit, though, all the other sales folks we had any interaction with were equally nice and low key. They do seem to make the customer first and the sale second. This dealship has sent us updates on our first purchase since inception. I truly appreciate their low key sales approach and the total commitment to after sales response. They have been patient and understanding when we have called just to ask questions. The Roadside Assistance folks have lived up to the high standards of Mini of Peabody. We used the service department for the first time today and found that they do call to let you know what's going on with your car. Rich has been wonderful letting us know what is happening, what to expect. We also used the parts department for the first time. Dave didn't hesitate to go and find the answer I had about a part I had already purchased AND PAID FOR for my brand new 2011 Cooper S Clubman which I took delivery of on 11/30. . . didn't hesitate and apologized for the wait (duh-h-h 2 minutes) while he found the answer. I have already recommended this dealership and Brian to several friends who are looking at a Mini purchase (after listening to our glowing reports about our first one and experiencing it) in the next 6-12 months. . . NO I won't let them drive it - it's too much fun to share! More
As someone who hates buying a car and the whole experience of dealing with car salesmen, I must say that I was very pleasantly surprised when I went to Mini Of Peabody. My salesman, Mark Foresta w experience of dealing with car salesmen, I must say that I was very pleasantly surprised when I went to Mini Of Peabody. My salesman, Mark Foresta was very nice, patient and not at all pushy. Mini of Peabody even went above what I expected and returned my old leased car to the dealer for me. I expect to have my car for a long time but when it's time to buy again, I'll go back to Mini Of Peabody. More
One word to describe the experience with Kevin--phenomenal. He was friendly, courteous and totally professional in his work with us. Visited on a Sunday. They were very busy so they let me take the car without a salesperson. Got to take a very good look at the car without anyone looking over my shoulder. I just purchased a 2011 Cooper S from these people.They were some of the most competent car sales people that I have ever met. They bent over backward to satisfy me.Joel Mesiti was my sales rep.,Brig Curri were some of the most competent car sales people that I have ever met. They bent over backward to satisfy me.Joel Mesiti was my sales rep.,Brig Currie was the sales manager. I requested changes both on the car and on the financing before I was done and they complied without complaint. The price negotiation was accomplished in a straightforward and honest fashion without any of the chicanery I experienced at another dealer. Joel and Brig are extremely knowledgable.Any questions they could not answer were referred to the appropriate persons. The facility is the nicest I have encountered. It's deservedly a bustling place with an unpretentious and friendly atmosphere that is obviously an enjoyable place to work. Everyone is highly professional, friendly, and enthusiastic about their marque.I travelled 120 miles to come to this dealer, bypassing one a lot closer to me, and I'm happy to do so. More

The day of the sale, Joel was thorough, efficient, very friendly, and very knowledgeable. It's great to buy a MINI from someone who actually drives one. You can tell he has a passion for the car. Nicki the business manager was thorough as well, but turned a bit cold when we turned down the extended warranty. As soon as we told her we didn't want to purchase the extended warranty, her answers turned curt and her smile disappeared. But overall, the service from Peabody MINI was wonderful, and I'd recommend it to anyone. More
