I have been a customer of this dealership for nearly 9 years. In that time, I have received excellent service--both in sales and in maintenance and any repairs needed. Employees have been courteous, solicitous, and knowledgable, and any questions or concerns have been addressed professionally and promptly. I had a 2002 Cooper S and kept the car for nearly nine years--not only because it was an outstanding vehicle, but because the people at MINI of Peabody were so good to work with. Gary King, the Service Manager, is awesome--always willing to please, willing to work with you, and very, very good at problem-solving. He is regularly recognized as the top guy in the country in MINI service. Brig Currie, who is the new General Manager, was my original salesman in 2002. He knows the dealership from the ground up and is easy to work with and fair. My latest MINI purchase is a new Countryman, which I am loving. Luis Velazquez was my sales rep and did an excellent job in every way through the test drive, info needed for decision making, knowledge of the car, and in making the deal. He's friendly, straight-up, and didn't rush me through the process, but let me think it through. I've owned a number of cars over the years, but buying a car at MINI of Peabody is the best experience, by far, I have had. I have often recommended MINI of Peabody to others, and I wouldn't hesitate to do so any time anyone is looking for a good car and good people to work with. They remind you that car buying and motoring are fun! More

He even sent me a picture of the car the day it arrived on their lot before it was prepped and all the dealer extras I ordered were installed. Every step of my buying experience was perfect. My experience with Mini of Peabody was nothing but positive. The facility is new and nicely-designed. While I was not there to get a Mini, they have an impressive lounge area to showcase the latest cars. I actually got a used car from them- a Ford Escape that was a recent trade-in. While they freely admitted that Fords are not their area of expertise, Evans was very informative, pleasant and patient. The manager, Brig, was also very helpful, as was Brian who took the time to explain the workings of the Escape when I came back to pick up the car. I feel like they gave me a very good price on the vehicle. They matched, and even beat the price that another out-of-state dealer had offered for a comparable vehicle, and saved me a long trip. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a Mini- or even another car. They are well-informed and helpful. And they genuinely seem like they want the customer to be satisfied with the experience. More

It was certainly a pleasant adventure back then, however, I had no idea at the time - I purchased our new Mini-S from 'Mini of Peabody' back in 2003. It was certainly a pleasant adventure back then, however, I had no idea at the time how our kinship would develop over these past 7 years and how blessed I was to have found such a dealership. I give nothing but the highest of praise to each and every staff member I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I have always been warmly greeted during each visit by all those I encounter as I would be enthusiastically welcomed by a close family member. They have always gone that extra mile to ensure my satisfaction. By doing so they have nurtured me into one loyal customer. During all this time I have never felt as though I was being taken advantage of and have had no issues whatsoever in any way, shape or form. - Management has somehow succeeded in hiring and maintaining highly capable personnel that simply have a unique quality within them all that exudes warmth, confidence, enthusiasm and team spirit. - None of us enjoy shelling out our hard earned cash in exchange for poorly performed services, overpriced parts, an unpleasant atmosphere and less than the best of attitudes from all involved. This certainly has not been my experience with 'Mini of Peabody'. Each and every time I am scheduled for either a service or a repair, even though I must navigate over an hour to get there, sometimes not in the best traffic and weather conditions, I look forward to knowing at the end of the road traveled I'll be rewarded with a most fruitful experience. It is obvious to me that they all know their jobs, do it to perfection and make a concerted effort to make me feel like family during my stay. I would be surprised if any customer would have a dissimilar history or hold a justifiably conflicting opinion. - A car can be a great vehicle on its own merits. However, the service representative that provides high standards of maintenance for that vehicle and successfully meets customer's unique needs with consistency can and will propel the marriage to a new level of excellence. Clearly this is what is happening at 'Mini of Peabody'. - I am so happy to have been a benefiting partner in this relationship. More
This dealership is all about the Mini experience.... fun at all costs!! They know their products, they do not pressure you into anything but answer every question you have. It's probably enough to say I left the dealership feeling like I got a good deal and did not get screwed. The salesperson did NOT come out to snag us as we looked at vehicles on the lot. They didn't make us look at any other vehicles other than the one we came to buy. The salesperson did NOT write the numbers they were proposing on a sheet of paper and slide it across the table to us. This is the second MINI I've purchased from MINI of Peabody. The process was totally painless. I had done all the regular online research and the price they were proposing for the 2010 MINI Cooper (w/ 1900 miles) as a used car was already a good deal. They didn't give me a hard sell, didn't try and up-sell me on a different car than I came in to see and gave me a great deal on my 2003 trade-in. Honestly, I dislike car dealers immensely and don't give them the benefit of the doubt in any situation. MINI of Peabody was NOT HORRIBLE! I left smiling. More
I visited Mini of Peabody on a Sunday afternoon because their online inventory indicated that they had a red Clubman S in stock. It didn't have exactly the equipment I wanted, but I thought I would at lea their online inventory indicated that they had a red Clubman S in stock. It didn't have exactly the equipment I wanted, but I thought I would at least see how it looked and drove. I walked in the door and was greeted by an extremely unlikely looking person named Hrach. An hour later, following the most memorable test drive of my life, I was signing the paperwork. Sadly Hrach is no longer with us, but any dealer who employs someone as passionate and eccentric as he was has to be supported. Later I realized that Hrach had never given me the second key, and I called the dealership to see if it could be found and sent to me. Kevin was most helpful, and ordered a new key immediately. When it arrived, they had found the original and included it, so I have two spare keys, one for my wife and another for when she loses that one ;^). Great customer service! More
Luis was great -- enthusiastic, responsive, patient, and quick to move once he had the information from me. I am floored by the great deal I got, and how quickly the team was able to pull together and get me in my new MINI. Nicki was so helpful and tracked down the insane bank with their terrible records for my last payment on the 2002; even the service department didn't give up on me and my old MINI all those times I've been in over the past 12 months. Everyone just banded together and got me to the next stage of my MINI-hood -- actually having a brand new to call my own. I wouldn't have gone anywhere else! More
