The courtesy and friendship of all staff members (sales, service, financing…) is great. They also have a good inventory of cars and when you need to do service it is completed fast and the car returned at service, financing…) is great. The Service Manager was invaluable in explaining that an oil change was not due and specifically noted it was due in a few months at no cost, as the maintenance contract covered it. It seems like this dealership for whatever reason, does not get you your registration/plates within the 30 days. I'm about to find out what's going on. I have a friend at motor vehicle and the state depart not get you your registration/plates within the 30 days. I'm about to find out what's going on. I have a friend at motor vehicle and the state department and we are going to look into their record/books. This company has done this before it seems. I have called several times and I was told that they will speak to the general manager and they do not call you back so it's time to take real action. I do not want to see this happen to anyone else. I went in for my routine oil change and the service tech explained that the coolant was leaking, which I knew I had a small leak and it was not an issue. I had been driving it for over a year!! Fred explains that it was leaking and gave me extra coolant in the event I ran out. I didn’t think much of it, because it was NOT an issue. I went in for an oil change. 15 mins into my ride home the car starts smoking, 5 mins later the temp light goes from orange to red. I pull over on the highway, the highway and there’s a puddle of coolant. I pour more in and as fast as I’m pouring it in, it’s pouring out from 2 holes in the hose. I call to speak to a manager and explained the situation and he said, you signed the for it already so there’s nothing we can do. Be careful! They damaged my hose and tried to cover it up and then tried to charge me over $800 to fix it. Horrible!! Will not be back!! I’m sure this will get buried in great reviews but they damaged my car either by accident or on purpose. More

Deeply concerned, I bought a Chevy Traverse 2018 last year on December, and I haven't got plates yet. After few times me trying to reach out, they just ignored me. HIGHLY CONCERNED about this dealership. I purchased 2023 Mini from this dealer early October 2023. I still have NOT received my registration/title. They outsource this task apparently. MULTIPLE phone calls ultimately ended up with their manager, Amy Musleh, who stated she would look into "situation and call us back": no call back. Again called dealer and still waiting for any response. Will update how they handle our situation. Also called Mini USA corporate office today to file complaint with case manager. Is THIS HOW this dealer does business?? More
I bought a new MINI this week, after having two Mini Cooper S cars for ten years each. Obviously, from that, I love the cars, the convenience and handling and quality of the product. MINI of Morristown is extremely professional, helpful, and convenient, Service is always prompt, efficient, well-done and clearly explained. I just bought a 2024 Cooper S this week. the salesman, Rami Shehadeh, could not have been better. He listened to what I wanted in my third MINI and came up with a car that is superb. During the ordering and buying process, he was always available by phone and e-mail ad responded quicklt and professionally to each question or request. He went out of his way to be available, even on his days off. He is a very enthusiastic and warmly friendly salesperson and quickly too care of any problem I encountered or worried about encountering. Everyone on the staff was friendly, but Rami Shehadeh stood out even in such qualified company. He is the best and will no doubt be one of their top salespersons. More
