We went for a test drive, he told me more about the BMW series than Motor Trend Magazine, he apparently races MINI and BMW's on weekends. I was so taken by the ride of this preowned BMW that I made an offer during the test drive. Tony went inside and talked to his boss. 10 Minutes later I was signing the papers and 20 minutes later we were driving home! BTW We drove all the way from Philly! It's worth the trip! Ask for Tony - Morristown MINI is GRRREAT! More
We had a wonderful experience working with this dealership. We found them to be friendly, attentive and helpful without being overbearing. In the past we bought a mini from Prestige in Ramsey, NJ. dealership. We found them to be friendly, attentive and helpful without being overbearing. Had minor problems with car. We had this salesperson persistantly email us to sell a mini. He was 2 hours away but because he was so persistant we checked out dealership. He was fine to deal with purc persistantly email us to sell a mini. He was 2 hours away but because he was so persistant we checked out dealership. He was fine to deal with purchasing car. Car wound up having to come from another dealer in VA. It was suppose to have stripes added. Well, David calls me when I returned from work, says car is in. We drove 2 hours there. It was dark. They had no lights on in parking lot which I thought was odd for a dealer. Anyway he shows me car. I noticed the stripes were not added and said something to him. He only credited me $100 for stripes. It cost that much alone for stripes from mini not including labor. I was not happy. Get back and cable for hooking ipod to stereo system is not working right. Now I am still constantly getting emails from him trying to sell me a car. I replied I already bought car from him but need to have ipod cable replaced because not working right. The cable was going, kindof like headphones when they go. Well, I return cable to his attention. Weeks go by, nothing. I email him asking what is up with my replacement cable, please send out right away. Nothing. Week later, email him again, nothing. Wait a few days, call him at dealership. Told he's not there, left already. So ask to speak to manager. Get manager's voice mail. Explain problem. No return calls, no cable at all. Place will hound you to sell a car but once car is sold, they drop you and have nothing to to with you. Horrible service. More
