12 weeks of waiting and wrong name on registration this dealer was highly recommended by my co worker since we were customizing our car. when we ordered the car at the end of may, i didn't get it unt this dealer was highly recommended by my co worker since we were customizing our car. when we ordered the car at the end of may, i didn't get it until middle of august plus our person of contact quit working so our paper was shuffled somewhere. i mean this was nightmare at first plus i couldn't take my car home due to some recall. talk about bad luck in a row. not only that i ordered 2016 but it was 2017 and i had to pay more. i am happy to get a new car except i didn't ask for it and had to sit for another 2 hours to sign the papers even though i am not financing through. by the way, mini doesn't have financing department so everything is handled at BMW. not only that my name was in wrong order on my contract and registration. i mean they spent more time trying to sell extra stuff than doing the paperwork correctly. but thank god for Sam Hassan in Mini for answering all the questions and taking care of things. other than that i am not sure if i will ever customize. More

He said I could text him when I was ready to pick up my car and he'd have it all ready for me. I got there and it was washed & ready!! I was in & out in about 10 minutes!! Thanks Parkson!! CHARGES EXTRA FEES! Beware when you sign your contract! This dealer will charge you extra fees more than you agreed on! When you call back to complaint, the manager Yahia Beware when you sign your contract! This dealer will charge you extra fees more than you agreed on! When you call back to complaint, the manager Yahia Zabdie will tell you to "HAVE A NICE DAY!" Once they have your money they are done with you! Agreed to pay $36 in Non Taxable fees and end up getting charged for $102.25 for fees ($66.25) over the fees I was suppose to pay. They will tell you the dealer is a big company and doesn't need the $66.25. Yeah sure multiply that number by a 100 customers. Remember one thing: there is no law saying that the buyer has to pay the smog fee or the electronic vehicle transfer fee! Both of them are NON-GOVERNMENTAL FEES! They told me to talk to DMV LOL!!!
