From the get go, Tim was curious, helpful and very detailed with the process. Because my car was going to take a few hours to get serviced, Tim arranged for the shuttle to take me home. Tony the shuttle driver was outstanding. He was generous and very safety oriented. Once I was at home, I received constant updates on my car's service progress from Tim. It felt great having someone staying on top of my car's service progress. When it was all done, Tim notified me that it was ready for pick up. When I went to pick up my car, again Tim was curious, helpful and went over the work that was performed in detail. When we were done with the review, Tim had my car washed and ready to go.
