He was able to get me a loaner, and get me out on my way 15 minutes later. BMW of Monrovia was able to diagnose my issue instantly and fix it shortly after, where as New Century BMW told me there were no issues and sent me off with my car without repair. Just imagine a driver seat belt that was malfunctioning and a car that would shake/vibrate heavily when you brake that was unable to be replicated by New Century BMW, but yet instantly found by the technicians at BMW of Monrovia.... I am definitely coming back here and thank you Ryan Thay for being a trustworthy service advisor! More
