out of state, repeat customer I live in Columbia, South Carolina and viewed all the dealership's websites for roughly 200 miles in any direction when I began looking for a new Jeep I live in Columbia, South Carolina and viewed all the dealership's websites for roughly 200 miles in any direction when I began looking for a new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited in 2013. I requested information from many dealerships. Some dealership didn't respond at all, some did respond eventually, but Tay Teeling from Milton Ruben Jeep in Augusta, Georgia called me almost instantly and seemed genuinely eager to help me find the right Jeep. Tay and I worked together a day or two picking out the perfect Jeep. Once the decision was made, all of the details were worked out either online or on the phone. When I arrived at the dealership, Tay greeted me with a smile and had me in and out of there in no time with no surprises. The transaction was smooth, quick and professional. I called upon Tay again soon after to find a new Toyota Camry for my mother and update my Jeep Wrangler. My mother loves her Camry, and I now have a 2015 Firecracker Red Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara. Many thanks to Tay, David (Sales Mgr) and Scott(F&I) for all their help over the past few years. My salesman was Ray Lockamy who was there ready to help me even after I was over 2 hours late for my appointment with him due to extreme traffic between my house in Atlanta and the dealership in Augusta. Ray helped me get a great deal on the car I wanted and helped me get a fair price on my trade in. He was very helpful and stayed almost 2 hours after closing to make sure I was taken care of and to shake my hand before I drove off. Ray and the finance person I dealt with, Donna Ward, were very helpful and not pushy. They know their stuff and use that knowledge to help, not to beat you down or put pressure on you. I recommend them based on that and the fact they have a massive inventory. More

Best buying experience of my life I found the car I wanted Sunday on Milton Ruben's website http://www.miltonruben.com and was contacted by Tay Teeling almost immediately after I reque I found the car I wanted Sunday on Milton Ruben's website http://www.miltonruben.com and was contacted by Tay Teeling almost immediately after I requested information via the site. She emailed me info and a loan application upon my request, and Tuesday evening I went to the dealership at 5:30pm and drove away in my brand new Jeep Patriot at 8pm. Fast, easy, and no stress, no pressure, no problems. I have never had such an easy buying experience. Tay listened to my questions, answered every one completely, and was so personable and easy going it made the entire transaction a breeze. I was very skeptical about the deal, and still felt apprehensive when I drove on their lot. They held up their end of the deal, and were wonderful to deal with. Great car buying experience. Not organized; poor service Made an appt for an oil change and for a part to be replaced for a recall. Scheduled the appt a week in advance and when I arrived they could not fin Made an appt for an oil change and for a part to be replaced for a recall. Scheduled the appt a week in advance and when I arrived they could not find where one was made. After the service man apologized they took the car back & said it would be three hours & they would call me when ready. After 3 1/2 hours without a call I called and was told it was ready for pick-up. I checked out & told everything was taken care of. I then left and half way home i notice my reciept stating that a part wasn't available to perform recall and needed to be ordered. REALLY!! So i called back and ask why was that not brought to my attention before I left so i would know that it wasnt done & it needed to be brought back in. Then I was told " oh yeah will call you when the part comes in". As if I believe that!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE from start to finish!! More
