The service center breaking my center console trying to repair a radio that they ended up destroying and putting marks on the dash from getting said console off, a salesman that doesn’t get in contact with me when I ask for assistance/questions and another salesman trying to call me at all hours to sale me a car that I already purchased from the dealership, a senior sales representative reassuring me that the process will be painless and the dealership will take care of everything that has turned into a lie, the incompetency of either your computer system or the operator that said you had to charge me sales tax where the Utah DMV tells me otherwise so now I’m out about $1600, and the tags office sitting on, loosing, not following up with the paperwork to ensure everyone has what they need to get the job done. This has been a giant nightmare dealing with the dealership. The level of frustration I have had is almost to the same level as having an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) blow up in front of my Humvee in Iraq. I can handle things in moderation but to pull everything together I’m done with Milton Ruben and once I get my tags, if I get my tags I will never return, never recommend the services to anyone, or even drive past the dealership in fear of triggering some sort of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) episode at the simple thought or sight of the services Milton Ruben provides… I purchased my vehicle 3 months ago with my own financing and I still don't have Tags/registration for it. Update: 03 July, 4 months after purchase... I've finally received my registration and tags for my vehicle. The tags are wrong, they charged me taxes when active duty military are tax exempt with new purchases. Now I have to call Utah and try and fix the screw up, order new tags, and see if I can get the $1,600 back that was taken by the dealership. Thank you Milton Ruben for your reply but your excuse that the safety and emissions inspections are but a checkmark away on a piece of paper that I provided to you the day after I purchased the vehicle, along with a number of other documents that your team lost or ignored. unless you refund the entire purchase and take the vehicle back there is no way you can fix your shortfalls and change my opinion of the dealership. More

Both visits I had to get grease cleaned from the interior driver's side, which was very obvious to anyone who cares. Not going back; don't recommend. Only dealt with Jessica. She was very accommodating. Hate to rate her as unsat - it'd be like rating an excellent waitress for bad food. More

After a lot of searching, we were able to find the right vehicle for me. My only complaint was the sales manager was impolite until after I purchased my car. He seemed completely inconvenienced by me until I bought a car. Then, he put on his fake grin and came over and gave me his rehearsed "Thank you for your business." I bought the right vehicle for me based on the vehicle itself and the price. Tay's great service was a bonus. More
Disappointed is an understatement. Typically I am not a fan of writing reviews for terrible or bad service as so many of us seemingly focus on the bad as opposed to the good; however, o Typically I am not a fan of writing reviews for terrible or bad service as so many of us seemingly focus on the bad as opposed to the good; however, our experience with our Jeep and Chrysler dealership(s) has unfortunately been an all around horrible experience! We entrusted our vehicle to the service department to fix numerous issues that have occurred over the span of a couple years. After investing a great deal of money into these repairs and being assured that the issues were corrected we left each time only having to return a few days later for the SAME exact problem. Not only were we out the money just put in, we are out time, a vehicle, patience, but the assurance that the service department really is equipped to take care of our family vehicle. On our most recent visit we worked with service manager Titus (he was the only pleasant part of working with Chrysler service, so if you have to go there I highly suggest you ask for him) - after returning for the second time within a week, again for the same issue we were told was fixed, we were denied reimbursement of a rental and/or a loaner vehicle by Mike thus leaving a stay at home mother without transportation for another unknown amount of days...the last thing we want to deal with is shelling out more money for another rental only to have the dealership phone us with an updated invoice of the amount of money it will cost to repair what was thought to already be fixed. Sadly, the only positive that has come from working with Jeep is that our next big vehicle purchase, which seems like it will be sooner than later, will not be with this dealership. They however have made it abundantly clear that they could care less anyway. More

We bought a used 2009 Dodge Avenger for my daughter and worked with the internet sales team after finding the car on the website. The experience was great with initial contact being made by phone to reply to my inquiry on their site. The process was smooth and quick and there was no pressure at any time. Britain and Tay took great care of us on the sales side and Scott took good care of us on the finance side. Great follow up as well, a very good customer service experience all the way around. I will be looking to purchase a new Jeep Wranger sometime next year and Milton Ruben will definitely be my first choice when it comes time to order that vehicle. More

From the first phone call to the time we walked out the door with keys in hand, we could not have been happier with the service we received. Best price all around and ensured we received all available incentives plus some since we drove 3hrs to buy the car. From the moment we arrived on the lot and met Carl to working out financing with Dylan, it was a stress free experience all the way around. No haggle on the price and we didn't complain since it was already the lowest price we could find on the car we wanted. We recommend this dealership for your next vehicle purchase--the drive to get there is worth it if you are an out of town buyer. By the way, check out their website for a coupon!!! More
