Painless New Car Buying Experience! My husband and I (along with our 3 children) showed up at the dealership with the expectation of purchasing a used vehicle. Our salesman was Thorsten My husband and I (along with our 3 children) showed up at the dealership with the expectation of purchasing a used vehicle. Our salesman was Thorsten Naperkowski and hebwas amazing. Our children are all under 5 so they were a little wild, but every member of the staff was extremely friendly and understanding. We ended up getting a much better deal on a brand new 2015 Dodge Journey SXT. Thorsten went above and beyond for us from the moment we arrived until the purchase was over. He really cares about the customer. He even reached out after the sale to remind us to contact him if we need anything at all! After the 3rd time of being stranded, my husband and I limped into Milton Ruben for the 3rd time and returned the vehicle under the Lemon Law. After a long conversation with the GM about what all transpired with regards to being left stranded, out of town, and the number of times we had the vehicle in the shop in 5 days; in addition to being lied to and deceived by our first sales rep, we were give a full purchase price trade-in towards our 2014 Dodge Charger. OMG, we LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THIS CAR!!!!!!!! Billet Silver w/ 20" tires; gets GREAT gas mileage - our last trip we averaged 32.7 mpg. Jimmy Walker was great to work with, too. Whenever I've been in for a scheduled oil, the Service Team has been great! I'm usually in and out within an hour. Everyone is so nice. My husband and I will purchase our next Dodge vehicle from Milton Ruben. More

I would not even trust these folks to change a tire. Continually blaming the high turnover of staff and triple booking. Don't bring your valuable car here unless you have the very lowest of expectations. More
Horrible Place! Beware! THE worst service department I've ever seen!!!!!!!!!! After we had them put new injectors in we had to have it towed back to the dealership! We told t THE worst service department I've ever seen!!!!!!!!!! After we had them put new injectors in we had to have it towed back to the dealership! We told them to find out the problem and fix it. The service department then said it was bad spark plugs, so we told them to go ahead and replace them. After they had it in their shop a second time they said they had it fixed. As soon as my wife drove it out of the service department it was shooting oil and water out of the exhaust!!!! The oil light came on and the dipstick had a white oil and water mixture of sludge on it. After getting it towed back a 3rd time and paying almost $1,300 the service department refused to fix the problem THEY caused and won't even look at what they did to it and get it resolved! Please save yourself your vehicle and DO NOT TAKE IT TO MILTON RUBEN DODGE IN AUGUSTA GA!!!!!! On top of all that the same technician did the work all three times including the last time when they blew the engine. There was no test drive done to our vehicle after the work was completed, and the 40 point inspection was apparently never done. Now I have to take it somewhere else and pay again for this Service departments actions that resulted in a blown engine. More

Personally I dealt with Thorsten and he was great . But what most impressed me about the sale is when they reached out to me and asked me if I ever had any questions or concerns to please call them any time and I believe that's how dealership should be but great experience would recommend anyone to this dealer More

This is just one of the issues I have dealt with during my experience with Milton Ruben. I bought a 2014 Jeep Cherokee in September of 2014. I had numerous issues with my car. After a transmission and engine replacement Chrysler finally decided to deem my car a lemon. Chrysler approved me for a vehicle replacement and put me in contact with Milton Rubens Sales Manager Robert Law. My fiancé and I picked out a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Sport(red) that was in transit. The next day Robert Law contacted me to verify that was indeed the vehicle I wanted so he could submit necessary paper work to the company handling the replacement process. I was told as soon as the car came in Milton Ruben would contact me to finalize the remaining paper work. I never received a phone call, but noticed the 2015 Jeep Wrangler had arrived at Milton Ruben via their web site. I called the sales man to make sure he knew it had arrived. However he said he could not find the car on the lot. I drove to Milton Ruben to see what was going on and when I asked the Sales Manager Robert Law where it was, He told me they sold it last night. I told him that is not acceptable being that he and the GM Robbie Newman assured me (via telephone, 10 days prior to this) that all the necessary paper work had been submitted and that I was good to go. Robert Law proceeded to tell me,"Things Happen". My fiancé and I have been through a lot dealing with a bad car and going through the lengthy and time consuming process of getting our bad car replaced. It really irritates me to be treated like this after all I have been through with Milton Ruben. I expect to be treated with respect and sympathy, especially given my situation.
