When I arrived I waited 15mns before someone came out and asked what I needed done. When I had my Toyota serviced, immediately Dana was out greeted me and took care of my vehicle. He was busy with another customer, so the sales manager hooked us up with Jason, whom had greeted us. We went for a couple of test drives, and Jason never once pressured us about anything. When we talked money, it went very smoothly, again, no pressure. The finance guys were very friendly and knowledgable. Overall, it was a great experience. By the way, I am from Indiana, and this deal happened in Augusta Georgia. Their prices were much better than anything comparable in Indiana. More
