I bought a 2019 Trax brand new from them in 2019… Car had been towed FOUR times! My warranty is up, I contacted sales manager, Abir, to see if he could help me out with (at the very least) extending my warra been towed FOUR times! My warranty is up, I contacted sales manager, Abir, to see if he could help me out with (at the very least) extending my warranty… He spoke to me for 2 minutes and pushed me to sales rep, Shazedul… Shazedul was doing his job, he was asked by his manager to get me into a new car, so I cannot fault him for trying to make a sale.. All they wanted to do was get me into a new car… After every attempt to get me to pay more money per month, I asked to speak to financial advisor… apparently, he was “too busy”, so they said I’d get a call the following day… NEVER called me! My car was towed to Chevrolet dealerships all 4 times, but in their system, it doesn’t show! I had the paperwork, and they didn’t bother to even look at it! A motor issue, a water pump issue, and twice my car kept running after I shut it off… oh, and my AC went out completely too.. They offered me NO HELP at all to remedy these issues! Just trying to get me to buy or lease a new car and spend more than I could afford… At the VERY least, keep me at my current payments! At the VERY least, take care of my warranty! After my initial interaction with the Manager, he never bothered to see me again. I bought a lemon from this dealership, I explained my frustrations, and instead of working WITH me, I was looked at as a dollar sign… Never going to Milennium, and never ever touching a Chevrolet again after this ridiculously horrible experience More
I’ve enjoyed doing business here both times I bought from them. Pricing on the cars and your trade in will be fair, the buying process is easy, and I left with a great deal on my brand new car. Ejaz (my salesperson) was fantastic. He spent as much time as was needed to answer any questions during buying process. Ejaz' patience was there from the first of many attempts to unsuccessfully correct the issue. He even followed up the next day to inquire if the issue was resolved. Definitely ask for Ejaz if you need a salesperson at Millennium Chevy in Hempstead. More

Unfortunately, I am having a current issue, there is a whistling sound when Idrive above 25-30mph. I have an appointment with the service department this week. The other issue - I had only one month left on my previous lease, also an Equinox fromMillenium. During the new lease negotiation, I was assured I won't be charged for the last month. Received a bill from GM Financial for the open one month. I reached out to the salesperson about it. He told me he will look, as he didn't rcord the conversation at the time. He texted me a couple days later that the GM is very busy and can't address this. Two weeks later, I receive a second invoice for the open balance. I reach out to th saleperson once again. He responds that there is nothing he can now do because the lease came into effect at the end of 2023 and they now already closed the 2023 books!! If you go to lease with Millenium, make sure you write down everything negotiated otherwise, without good records, they will deny things and keep you on the hook!! They sure lost a loyal client over a small one-month bill. Not the way to deal with your loyal customers. More
