It's a well thought out dealership approach that works for them but not the consumer. Here's what you do if you "qualify " for the add. Calculate the total sum for the down payment, bank fee (which is the dealership's made up fee just to get some money out of you), your first payment and all proceeding payments in your lease, taxes (you pay tax on the the lease and down payment only. Ask for the tax breakdown to the penny!) and your buy back or "residual value". Once you add it all up then you'll see the real deal your getting. The real price your paying even if your not purchasing it at the end It shows the total sale price. If you dont qualify then they have even more leverage to present you with sky high alternative pricing. The only fee is d.m.v. and only tax is sales tax, period. It's better to deal with an up front and straight forward dealership and work your best deal. More

However, this dealership still follows the old and unethical practices of taking advantage of customers, just like in the 70s. I bought a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee 80th anniversary edition from them, and when I took it for the first oil change, I noticed that the front end was shaking while braking. Upon investigation, I was informed that I needed new tires and couldn't do a tire rotation because the tires were in bad condition, despite the fact that I had purchased the vehicle less than five months ago. They are refusing to address the issue, and as a result, I am operating a vehicle that is unsafe—a vehicle they sold to me, fully aware of its condition. More

Eric called me at 3:20pm to inform me they were just starting to service my vehicle and asked if they could keep my car overnight. What?? After having my truck for 7 hours, the call to tell me they need to keep it overnight. Tony has no managerial or organization skills. I’m guessing he was a mechanic and they had to move him because his skills were outdated and it’s obvious he hates his job, hates people, and doesn’t care how inefficient his processes are. Tony, the manger explained he prioritizes the customers that wait rather than those that make appointments. If this is the case, why does Tony even have customers make appointments? It’s all an illusion and is further evidence that the General Manager is completely negligent in his oversight. Long story short, it’s been over two weeks and I’m still waiting for Tony to call me. They had to order a piece of trim and a radio antenna for a 2023 vehicle. So the sales team sold me a truck with trim falling apart after only 6 months and a defective radio antenna. To make matters worse, Millenium can’t get these two basic parts in over two weeks. Ask yourself, why would you buy a vehicle from these people and why would you have your vehicle serviced by these people? I’m guessing most of these favorable reviews are fake. The more people I share my story with, the more I hear about how people intentionally go to Bical Chevrolet. More

I bought a 2019 Trax brand new from them in 2019… Car had been towed FOUR times! My warranty is up, I contacted sales manager, Abir, to see if he could help me out with (at the very least) extending my warra been towed FOUR times! My warranty is up, I contacted sales manager, Abir, to see if he could help me out with (at the very least) extending my warranty… He spoke to me for 2 minutes and pushed me to sales rep, Shazedul… Shazedul was doing his job, he was asked by his manager to get me into a new car, so I cannot fault him for trying to make a sale.. All they wanted to do was get me into a new car… After every attempt to get me to pay more money per month, I asked to speak to financial advisor… apparently, he was “too busy”, so they said I’d get a call the following day… NEVER called me! My car was towed to Chevrolet dealerships all 4 times, but in their system, it doesn’t show! I had the paperwork, and they didn’t bother to even look at it! A motor issue, a water pump issue, and twice my car kept running after I shut it off… oh, and my AC went out completely too.. They offered me NO HELP at all to remedy these issues! Just trying to get me to buy or lease a new car and spend more than I could afford… At the VERY least, keep me at my current payments! At the VERY least, take care of my warranty! After my initial interaction with the Manager, he never bothered to see me again. I bought a lemon from this dealership, I explained my frustrations, and instead of working WITH me, I was looked at as a dollar sign… Never going to Milennium, and never ever touching a Chevrolet again after this ridiculously horrible experience More
