The online appointment app is insufficient, twice I have called and left a message with my phone number and the app says someone will get back to me within 24hrs, 2 days later I had to call back, on the app called and left a message with my phone number and the app says someone will get back to me within 24hrs, 2 days later I had to call back, on the appointment with Robert , physically had to go to the dealership and make an appointment in person!! The next appointment I just kept hanging up on the computer and called back until a live person answered! At my last appointment with Daut, he tried to tell me that I needed work done that I had just done a little over a month before! More

Javier was wonderful, and my rating is not because of him. He was helpful and kind even while I was frustrated. I brought my car in for maintenance on June 9, and they left a hose loose. I then had to pa him. He was helpful and kind even while I was frustrated. I brought my car in for maintenance on June 9, and they left a hose loose. I then had to pay $400 for an inspection and repair for something that was caused by their service. To me, that feels like a scam. I ended up paying almost $1,000 total for a simple maintenance service. More

I was told that the cost of replacing brake fluid would cost 195.00. When the job was done it ended up costing 228.00. I was not pleased with that they should of told me the correct amount up front.
