Brendan was very friendly and efficient and the text about the service was very clear about the issues. I bought my Ridgeline there in 2015 and have bringing it for service regularly except for a 5 year about the service was very clear about the issues. I bought my Ridgeline there in 2015 and have bringing it for service regularly except for a 5 year gap when I moved to CA. When I returned I came back to Mile High Honda for service. Always pleased with them. More

I used their service department for 16 years and I will never darken their door again. I informed them of a recurring problem with my 2013 CRV that has a service bulletin attached from 2016, 16-012 which i never darken their door again. I informed them of a recurring problem with my 2013 CRV that has a service bulletin attached from 2016, 16-012 which involves the VTC Actuator , they replaced it twice in the past, 2018 and 2021, both at full cost to me. The VTC is rattling again and I asked that it be replaced. They "diagnosed" the engine for $220 or so and told me that is was the oil and a leaking panel. $700 later the car still has the exact same problem at startup and they said that they wanted me to "watch and wait" for 1000 miles. THERE IS A SERVICE BULLETIN for this year of this car for this problem. So, no, that is incompetence on their part and it has ended out 16 year relationship. More
