He was patient with my questions, responsive, professional and friendly. I flew to pick up the car and when I missed my connection and was stuck at the Charlotte airport, he sent a driver to deliver my car and complete the purchase AT THE AIRPORT! This was an amazing display of customer service that truly exceeded my expectations. I do customer service training in the luxury automotive segment and Bill is a shining example of how to deliver exceptional customer experiences!! More

I bought my new Ford Escape today and it went so well. Rufus my sales consultant didn’t pressure me and gave me time to make the right decision. He made himself available whenever I needed him. I am glad I got Rufus because he was able to take the time to explain all the features my new Escape has. He’s very knowledgeable about Fords. Joe in finance was easy going and explained everything and answered all my questions. No pressure. Laid back and that’s how I like to do business. No pressure sales. No other dealer in town and I mean NONE could get me approved for a new vehicle except Mike Reichenbach Ford. And not just a new vehicle but a fully loaded brand new Ford Escape. I highly recommend and if you do go in ask for Rufus. Very excited about my new car!!! More
