We've owned 3 other Hondas. We wanted more space than our 2007 CRV provided, & the Pilot suited our needs. Everyone we met & talked to at the dealership were very friendly, courteous, & helpful. We've come back to this dealership because it is close to home, & they've always taken good care of us in the past. John Russo was able to locate the Cherry Red Pilot that I really wanted. So I didn't have to settle for the Plan "B" color. This is my dream car. This is my second day of driving the Pilot & I love the way it handles. We are very satisfied customers, & if we ever need to buy a new car in the future, we'll be back. We also know that Honda will take excellent care of servicing our new Pilot; just because we've worked with them in the past on our other Hondas. Hey John we had good tennis sets with you in buying our pilot. I wanted to be witty in throwing a tennis game score; but all that matters is this we love the car & we love the dealership. My friend Jo and I were in the market for a new car. We were so hoping our combined credit would be enough to allow us to do that. I have never owned a new car and desperately wanted to do so. We had our eye on the new Accord Sport, which I had test-driven and fallen in love with. We initially met with Maurice, who gathered all our information, explained how they worked at Pruitt Honda, and offered to take us for test drives. When we were ready to move to the next step, Harry worked very diligently with us on looking at our credit reports, patiently explaining what all the ratings meant and whether or not they were good and how they were what they were, and then compassionately commiserating with us when we learned we could not buy a new car. He referred us to Sherry, and over the next week, she worked to find us a lender. We were finally able to set a meeting time that worked for all involved where Sherry diplomatically informed us that we could not afford the used car we wanted, either. Although I was upset, she jumped right in with the "sunny side" approach that buying a lesser car would allow us to build credit toward that new car in a couple years. That was little comfort, but I can recognize reality when it slaps me hard enough. So we went off to the bargain lot to see if there was anything there we wanted. But Jo kept going back to the 2010 CRV we had looked at online and had hoped to buy. It was more than we could spend; our monthly payments would have been $150 more than we wanted to budget. But we talked it over, decided to make some sacrifices and agreed we would buy that car. Maurice took us out on a test drive, explained the details of the car and went over all the operational need-to-knows. Although by this time, the dealership was closed, people were tired and wanting to go home, neither Maurice nor Sherry made us feel as if we were imposing or keeping them from something more important, and in the end, we left with the car we thought we couldn't have. I am very happy with our experience at MPH. More

Staff was friendly and courteous. Jacob Decker was very helpful, showing us several cars along with the one we had originally come to see.
