I had a very pleasant experience. Buying a car can be stressful if you have't done it often. The salesperson got me what I asked for my trade-in, they got me a lower rate than what I was preapproved for, stressful if you have't done it often. I found the Mike Pruitt dealership to be very professional and very honest. There were no high pressure sales tactics used; and all my questions were answered fully. Further, aside from great products and great prices, there were many other things special about this dealership, things such as free snacks, free drinks and free car washes. My only negative is that I had to wait for more than an hour, well past my appointment time, to handle the financing and paperwork. This was quite frustrating, as it forced me to cancel a previous appointment. Such things should not happen. Nevertheless, the dealership is a welcoming place, and my overall experience was positive. Friendly employees, a clean showroom, professional sales people and outstanding products = all helped provide me with a great car buying experience. More

Lynn Snoderly is largely the reason for our return to Mike Pruitt, when looking to purchase a new Honda vehicle. Lynn is patient, and very "up front" about getting to the essential points of purchasing a new vehicle. When we were in, the other day, she made it possible to test drive 2 vehicles, and help us to make our final decision on a car purchase that day- enabling us to drive home from the dealer with our new vehicle- all while Lynn was assisting other customers as well! Never once did we feel ignored, but rather, we felt very well cared for. The next day, we returned to Mike Pruitt to retrieve our garage door opener, which we had accidently left, and bring in the title to our trade-in as well. The service was quite the opposite from the day before! We were supposed to see the business manager, and give him our trade-in title. 2 receptionist ladies were there, and I think they called back to Dave, the business manager, and let him know that we were there. I believe that Dave told them to tell us to wait as he was with other customers. And we waited- for at least 15 minutes after we saw the customers leave from Dave's office. Dave never came out to greet us, and the receptionists watched us wait, while they carried on their chatting, and never asked if we had been assisted. Finally a sales gentleman asked if we were waiting for someone, and we explained the situation. He promptly took the title back to Dave (who never bothered to see us at all), and returned to say that all was good and we could leave if we wished. Kudos to that saleperson, a pox on Dave and the receptionists. Not great service on our return visit, after purchasing a new vehicle the day before, but nonetheless we are quite pleased generally with Lynn Snoderly and Mike Pruitt. One word about Tom Brown: he was great. Having purchased many vehicles from this dealer, we always dread the visit to sign the "papers", as there is always a sale pitch for buying services. Tom did a great job of explaining all of the options of these services, and how they could potentially help us. We are predisposed not to purchase these services, but thought that Tom's presentation was not a burden, but rather quite informative, and helpful. He was efficient and informative while assisting us through signing our new car paperwork as well. Great job! More
