I was looking for a while for a good used Jeep. I pulled in the lot and looked around for a while. I was not immediately surrounded by sales associates like vultures ( which I like ). We purchased a used 2006 taurus. Car had only had 1 key. Asked James if key had a chip and he stated no. I took his word and went to have a couple of keys cut and found out they did have a chip. When i called James about getting another key he quoted me a price of 140.00. They would not give me the second key. I got on the net and got 2 OEM keys for 20.00 and went to one of their competitors and he programmed them for nothing. This was with a salesman i had looked at cars with and not purchased. That is customer service. I will not reccomend this salesman or dealership. Also the F&I guy did not pay attention to anything i said after i turned down the warranty. More

Purchasing a new vehicle is not one of our favorite things to do. Telephone conversations with Marcus before visiting the dealership were most helpful. We visited the dealership to see and drive the Jeep and then went back on a second trip to purchase it. We had two accessories added to the vehicle and both looked really good. So far we are really enjoying our new addition. (I just wish I had asked for a keychain before leaving the dealership.) More
