I met Sidney Cameron during the summer while having my Jeep Wrangler serviced. After expressing interests about getting back into a used truck, Sidney followed up with me a number of times when a truck c Jeep Wrangler serviced. After expressing interests about getting back into a used truck, Sidney followed up with me a number of times when a truck came in that met my expectations. After several unsuccessful reviews, We finally selected one. The trade value I was offered was lower than the original offer in the summer, but we were able to reconcile the difference and MP met my expectation. After taking the used truck a problem was discovered with the transmission that turned out to be related to a manufacturer defect that was warrantied by Nissan with a copayment. Once again, MP made this right by taking care of the copayment. They even gave me a loaner car while my truck was being repaired. I can highly recommend MP, they truly treat their customers fairly and stand by their word. My thanks to all involved, but especially Sidney for making my buying experience positive!
