Our experience with the staff at Mike Patton Chrysler was unexpected..... They were first on our list of visits before stopping at several other dealerships. Stacey who we talked to before leaving our initial visit walked up from the honda building in less than 5 minutes to introduce us to Brian Pritchard (our Sales Rep)..... I thought it was very thoughtful of Stacey even though it wasn't his dept. or division.... they all work together! They really define the word "TEAM". We were treated with respect... included in every step of our transaction. Everyone was extremely professional with a relaxed, no pressure feeling. We left the dealership in our new "2013 Chrysler 200" loving the car and to our surprise..... the deal we received! We felt a Christian atmosphere, and as we left, our final handshake was followed by the statement.... "We're family now". This was a truly nice experience....
