We were trading in a 2001 Ford Taurus, which had served us well but had much simpler technology, so we needed lots of coaching and questions answered, and Shanann was very patient with us old folks in our 70's. If she did not know the answers, she found out right away. I searched the internet for several weeks and visited a few dealerships before coming to Longmont Ford. I thought other dealerships had signifantly marked up their prices, but that Longmont's sticker price few dealerships before coming to Longmont Ford. When I got there, I had several cars that I wanted to look at and Joey gave me the keys to all of them and let me take my time looking them over and test driving them. I felt that when I had made my decision, it was based on facts and not pushy salesmanship. The transaction was simple and stress-free. I'd recommend Longmont Ford to others and will go back to purchase my next car! More
WOW!!! Longmont ford pulled off a miracle for us!!! Got the oil changed before our big trip to Yellowstone and noticed that my 2011 ford f150 was leaking transmission fluid. With six hours before we were t the oil changed before our big trip to Yellowstone and noticed that my 2011 ford f150 was leaking transmission fluid. With six hours before we were to leave i called Zac Matteson and he said bring it in. They rebuilt the transmission and fixed the problem from the factory. I am thourghly impressed with the service and will never shop anywhere else!! Thank you so much!!!! More
This dealership refused to honor the price they advertised on Autotrader which showed no mention of dealer add-ons. Their answer was "you should have looked on OUR web site. Neither the salesman nor any of the finance crew mentioned price add-ons or extra charges for finance deals. Their answer "that price was for cash" although that was not stated at any time in my negotiations with the salesman, Steve Formsby nor was it on their ad. We did discuss financing at length when I first called about the truck and they told me they had me financed but again no mention of any additional costs for financing even though the interest rate was quoted at 17.4% for credit reasons. After flying to Denver and riding the shuttle to Longmont I inspected the vehicle...a 2010 GMC...and agreed to the sale at the original $17500 advertised price. Then I noticed a note on the wall of Steve's cubicle that said a $599.50 fee will be added to all vehicle sales. Never a mention of that detail before. But now I'm already there and don't want to pay to fly home again. Then when the documents were presented for signing the numbers were no where near what we had agreed on. The sales price had been changed from $17500 to 18709.84 plus a DELIVERY AND HANDLING CHARGE of $599.50 for a total sales price of $19309.34 without any discussion. When I refused to sign and was furious over their BAIT and SWITCH tactics Greg took $500 off the price. His only excuse for their actions, "Do you want us to lose money?" Why is that the customers concern? These people are devious and dishonest. Poster boys for why people hate car dealers. They don't deserve your business. AVOID doing business with them. You are not treated as a customer but rather as a sucker too dumb to read the documents before you sign. BEWARE More

Overall the women I was working with was excellent. The finance person was friendly. I ws in a rush but wish i had more time to ask more questions and get a better finance percentage still not sure if my c finance person was friendly.
