During the test drive, Joey took his time with me and made the experienced very personalized. After the test drive, we sat at his desk and chatted a while about price, additional options etc. I never felt pushed or pressured and appreciated the authenticity of our conversation. Most importantly, I felt like a person, not a checkbook. Even after I left the dealership, Joey kept in touch and continued to make suggestions that met my car needs. I live in the mountains of Boulder and am a single woman who had been looking for a 3/4 ton pickup truck for about 2 years now. I found a truck at Longmont Ford which was listed on line and which met all my requirements so I called to inquire if it was still in the inventory. The phone was answered by a man who told me it was but he sounded so unenthusiastic about my business that I almost didn't drive to your dealership to look at the truck. Nevertheless, I realized it might finally be the truck I'd been looking for so I made the 30 mile trip to see just this one truck. When I arrived, I asked (as I always do but expecting to hear "no") if there were any female salespeople I could work with and that's when I was introduced to Shanann. She took the time to answer each and every question I had, she was enthusiastic, professional, knowledgeable, kind and treated me with respect, which I had so rarely found in the last 2 years dealing with the many MEN who sell cars and trucks. I ended up buying the truck at almost full price but I know I got a good deal. In the future, I will refer anybody I know who is looking for a car to Shanann whether she is at Longmont Ford or another dealership she may be working for at the time. I visited Longmont Ford for an oil change on my Nissan and indicated to Chris Rusk that I liked Ford Escapes and would like to trade soon.
