Today I purchased a truck for my husband as a surprise to him but I was the one that got the best surprise... seriously the easiest and quickest vehicle purchase ever! I worked with Tony Fassbinder and I seriously cannot say enough positive things about his professionalism, knowledge, and just personality in general. He greeted me as soon as I pulled in the parking lot and had the truck already warmed up and ready for the test drive. From me pulling into the parking lot to me leaving with purchased “surprise” it only took a little more than an hour. I never once felt pressured and honestly felt like everyone was there to truly help me and make it a great buying experience. Within 15 min of leaving the dealership I received a phone call from my insurance company saying they received all the information for the new vehicle and just wanted to confirm it with me. Seriously I didn’t have to do ANYTHING - they did it all! I was so pleasantly surprised with this buying experience especially after having a horrible experience at another dealership not that long ago. The professionals at Finnin Kia certainly know what they are doing and are changing the whole vehicle buying experience! We will definitely be back for our next purchase!! More
