Expect to pay a LOT for a little Brake lights went out on Kia, ended up being filaments out on both!! Which is good - not an electrical problem, so less cost, but NO! The bulbs cost $$8 ... someone twisting them out and putting new ones in - $80 ... oil change $33 ... cabin filter $90 for part and Install. Unbelievable...will not be going there again!! (And 2.5 hours!! Not busy when I got there, but saw other people come and go before my car was done) More

As a salesman he went above and beyond!! His primary goal was more than just making a sale. He provided for my family a path all the way to the end(beverages, child entertainment, food etc) which meant a lot as a customer. He not only stayed late, he made me feel comfortable. I felt he was trustworthy, to the point of my means, very clear communication, no games and most important no pressure. It was quick and painless. Don't buy a used car from Finnin Kia I bought my used vehicle from Mike Kinnin Fia at the end of October, 2015. In March of 2016 I took it back because when I turn right it makes a grindi I bought my used vehicle from Mike Kinnin Fia at the end of October, 2015. In March of 2016 I took it back because when I turn right it makes a grinding noise. The service department, Brad, told me nothing was wrong....it's just aggressive tire noise. Three months later, that noise I heard before has become very loud. I took it in for the oil change and asked them to do an inspection because of that noise. So, I get a phone call...your Hummer needs wheel bearings, rotors, brakes and a serpentine belt for the low price of $1000 dollars!!!!!! So, now I'm very upset. That "aggressive tire noise" turned into a mess! So, they sold me the Hummer that way! I am very disappointed in the customer service with them. More

We liked it so much, about two week later we bought one ! Jackson was our salesmen both times, No pressure-knew his stuff. He was fun-had a ball. I don't like test driving a car with the salesmen along-but-he's one of a kind. When it came to the radio & other things to be set up-he did them all-even set up my cell phone to work with everything. If asked where we got it, I let them know to see Jackson- you'll like him. Steve worked with us on getting the best rate for the loan. He also did a great job. Great job all around! More
