my kia soul at Finn Kia, ( heating problem) note we my kia soul at Finn Kia, ( heating problem) note we owned a kia previously to owning this kia, So we knew how it handled and how the heat worked, b my kia soul at Finn Kia, ( heating problem) note we owned a kia previously to owning this kia, So we knew how it handled and how the heat worked, both cars were Soul, We took our Kia Soul to Finn Kia to have them check the Heat, we explained that after 45 minutes there were barely any heat blowing out of the vents, They Finn, told us everything is working perfect, there is nothing wrong with the car, I explained once again not much heat coming out The Manger John said that is the right amount of heat coming out and the correct temp., I replied could you take a little deeper look into this issue out of a courtesy, John the Manger response was NO IT WOULD BE A WASTE OF MY TIME, I took the Kia Soul over to PROCARE AUTO CEDAR CROSS RD. THEY DO GREAT WORK HIGHLY RECOMMEND PROCARE, They had the car for about 45 minutes and found the problem it was clogged up vents, This is why the Hot AIR WAS NOT BLOWING OUT AT TOP FORCE, BUT JOHN THE SERVICE MANGER DID NOT CARE, IF THE HEAT WAS NOT BLOWING OUT, AND DID NOT CARE ABOUT TAKING CARE OF THE CUSTOMER, JOHN THE SERVICE MANGER , IS LOUSY IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND I WOULD NOT HAVE KIA FIX MY BICKYLE .,, Now I love Kia vehicles, Hopefully the top brass in Dubuque Iowa will realize that John the Service Manger is hurting their business not helping their business There a old saying if there's a wink link in a chain cut it off and get rid of it, before it contaminates , the rest of the Chain, John may be very nice man; I don't know, but the way he took care of me and my sister was poor management, please, please, BEWARE OF THE POOR AUTO SERVICE AT FINN. KIA, WE HAD TO GO TO PROCARE TO HAVE OUR HEATING PROBLEM FIXED CORRECTLY, BECAUSE JOHN THE MANGER DID NOT HAVE TIME OR WANT TO SPEND ANY MORE TIME ON OUR VECHILE, I think Kia has a very beautiful business, and some very good sales people, My Father before he died would only buy FORD, HIS PARENTS ONLY BOUGHT FORD, AND I STILL BELIEVE FORD LEAD THE PACK, WITH Kia not far behind, That is why I'm saying just because we ran into a bad apple, that does not make the whole basket of apples bad, Please be aware of a service manger at Kia named John. In fact you should ask to speak to the owner April IA heard she is a wonderful lady that makes sure every customer is taken care of and treated like family.,., April Finnin-Rink I have worked with her in the past I would give her 5 stars out of 5 stars. -David Scott is just super to work with. He is not pushy but helpful. I feel like I'm working with a friend when talking with him. I found a vehicle I liked on a Sunday, and David saw me right away on Monda but helpful. I feel like I'm working with a friend when talking with him. This is the second time David has sold me a vehicle and I look forward to working with him in the future. Since this purchase I have already given out his name to someone inquiring about purchasing a Kia. I really play up this dealership to people because of my excellent service I've had over the years. I live in PA, and the selection of Kia Carnival's is super limited here. I worked with a personal shopper, and he located the exact Carnival EX I was looking for at Finnin. As soon as we agreed this was the perfect vehicle, the wheels were in motion, and Steve (Finance Manager) overnighted all the paperwork for me to sign. After returning the paperwork, I spoke with Keri (Rockstar Sales Rep **should be an official title... just saying**), and she walked me through every feature of the car (over Facetime). Keri didn't even laugh when she realized I was on the treadmill while giving me the tour. Keri and the whole team at Finnin were fantastic and have far exceeded my expectations. I was notified this afternoon, my car is on the trailer and headed my way. If I had not come across Finnin, I might have decided against getting a Kia because the dealerships by me were either out of stock or adding mandatory protection plans to the price of the vehicle. Finnin didn't push on the price, add any unnecessary protection plans or hassle me to add features. Thank you to the whole staff at Finnin! If I am ever cruising through Dubuque, I will stop in to thank you all in person! More

I went to finnin to have my car in for a recall and while I was there went looking at cars in show room and peace s checking out prices. I was looking at a kia Sportage first then. But any ways a nice sales person came up and asked what I was interested in I said I was in for a recall and he said would you like to take a car for a test drive I figured sure it's going to take a bit before my car was done so I test drone a Sportage nice car. And asked about the yellow sole he said would you like to drive it I said sure and was I supposed it's a really nice car I got back my car was done. And he said he had some figured if I was interested in rather car went over the numbers and I told him the sole is more in my price ranges. But I'd have to think about it and get back to him and I'd have to talk to my wife about it also. Yes I do talk to my wife she has to be happy also even though she has her own car. So she said let's go shopping at same and fairway and we can stop and see the car so we stoped back in seen the yellow kia took it for a drive said it's really nice. And you could really use a better car and if I was really interested in it get it I think she also liked it to lol so kari took care of us got all the paper work done we were both very happy with every one there and my wife talked to April about a car she bought there years ago thay made us both feel like famely Kari and every one really care about what you want and really work with you. If I ever get a nother car I'm going back to finnin . More
