Oil change and tire rotation I bought my car from this dealer . Very good service from the dealer end of it . However the service not so much . Regular oil change / tire rotation . First time about an hour , second time they asked me if I wanted it washed I said sure as long as it doesn't take to long 2 and half hours later the guy brings my car around not washed apologizes and says next visit is on us sorry for the delay . Today appointment at 11 AM I advised them when I dropped it off no wash I don't have time . Needless to say at 1 PM i asked for status oh they are just finishing it up . I look up and see them just pulllong my car in . It's now 1:35 and I am still waiting! More

Worst Custome Service Out There Dropped car off at 2:30pm on a Friday for a routine oil change and to repair a nail in the tire. The advisor promised to have our vehicle ready by 5pm Dropped car off at 2:30pm on a Friday for a routine oil change and to repair a nail in the tire. The advisor promised to have our vehicle ready by 5pm. At 4pm the advisor called us to tell us we needed new tires. We asked if the tire could be patched, he said "yes" and he would call us when finished. 6:30pm and no phone call( we called twice w/no answer), so we drove to dealership to find out they patched the hole, put too much air in the tire and busted the tire. They put our donut on, never called us and charged us for the patch. Being someone who has worked in this industry, we expect a certain level of professionalism which wasn't delivered at this dealership. More
