It was a great experience. It was the second car I have purchased from Mike Erdman, and I would go back when it's time to trade my other car in on something newer. They worked with us and they explained to us the benefit of buying a new car with a three year warranty versus buying a used car just to have transportation. We had our mother with us do my wife was allowed to come in and talk for a few minutes, sign the contract and return to our vehicle with our Mom. We highly recommend Mike Erdman and see Rich Ramsey and tell him that I referred you.
