There is no need to haggle with them, they are all very professional and it is a pleasure to deal with their staff. On our recent purchase we were underwater on a 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport, I had contacted the dealership where the vehicle was purchased to see if they could help us get into a automatic from the standard. The salesman nor owner would even discuss trying to help! With Gregg from Mike Erdman he responded immediately and was very positive and honest. I want to thank Greg for always being able to help, answer any questions we have and going above and beyond to get the job done! Mine Erdman has earned all of our future business as well! More

Service Department is Horrible! Had my transmission messed up but luckily my car was under warranty. I took my car to this piece or crap place and they told me they can fix it. I asked for a loaner so I can drive around while I wait. They told me not to worry and they will call me tomorrow to get a loaner. No one called me the next day. I called the person who was helping me and got a voice mail. Left him a voice mail and he never called me back. I had to get a taxi. Once there he saw me and went in the back. Came back out and told me that they were out of cars for me to drive around while mine was in their shop. I was very upset and just left. I didnt even say anything to the guy. I felt bad and in the back of my mind I was wondering if I was being too rude and he might do something to my car. But I just left and had to get a rental car which cost me $200. Finally my car was finished and I got it. I should of walked around my car and made sure everything was fine. I didnt as I was excited to go see my family for thanksgiving. I notice a sound in the back of the car so I pulled over. My car had a flat tire! I just pulled right out of the place and the tire was flat. I didn't bother going back. I had a guy take care of it and NEVER going back there again. Worst experience of my life. Cost me $100 for a new tire so they cost me $300 for just 2 days. Thanks alot Mike Erdman! More
