I have bought my last 3 Nissans from Mike Erdman and could not be happier. The sales and service staffs are very attentive, professional and do everything in their power to make my visits quick and pain could not be happier. My last car purchase there was completed very quickly and the salesman was very knowledgeable and courteous. He made sure all I got the car I wanted at a fair price and took the time to set all the accessories up and go over all of the vehicle's features. My last service appointment (oil change) was efficiently schedules and completed with no problems and even included a free car wash. I travel 60 miles to get to Mike Erdman because there is no better place in central Florida to buy and service a Nissan. More

Came in for recall work. No problems. I did however come in a few months ago to pick-up some parts to do a tune up on my Frontier. While there, I asked one of the service dept guys what they would charge me in a few months ago to pick-up some parts to do a tune up on my Frontier. While there, I asked one of the service dept guys what they would charge me to change the two plugs under the intake plenum. He made a call and said it would take 5 hours at $100 dollars an hour. I ended up doing the job myself. It took me an hour and a half. Need I say more? More
Service was fast and pleasurable. Billy fixed the two issues I had with the car in ten minutes. Then changed the oil, rotated the tires and an allignment and still had me out of there in an exceptable ti issues I had with the car in ten minutes. If I could give them no stars I would. I brought my Nissan here for a possible Freon leak. Our symptoms were low Freon and I wanted it check to see what is going on. The service manager brought the tec Nissan here for a possible Freon leak. Our symptoms were low Freon and I wanted it check to see what is going on. The service manager brought the tech to me telling me that I needed a new compressor, and gave me a price of $1,010.00. I called my husband who came to the dealership and spoke with the tech. They did recharge the a/c but said that the compressor is bad. My husband called Air Mobil of Brevard in Melbourne and told the guy on the phone what the car was doing and what Mike Erdman Nissan said. Spencer from Air Mobil said that they are trying to sell you a compressor and he has been doing a/c for over 20 years and that is not a compressor problem. I took my car to Spencer and the entire problem was that it needed a Freon charge. Spencer only charged me $28 to look at the car where Nissan charged $115. The tech at Nissan also got oil on my seat and left a dirty oily rag in the car and did not even use a floor cover. Do not bring your car here for service unless you like wasting money. More

Billy Stevens is the only reason that I have my automobile serviced at Mike Erdman. I have a confidence in this consultant that is unmatched to date. I've never felt like I have been misled regardi automobile serviced at Mike Erdman. I have a confidence in this consultant that is unmatched to date. I've never felt like I have been misled regarding repairs or service. I have always been treated fairly with respect to pricing of service and I have never had to wait an unreasonable amount of time for service. Billy goes out of his way if necessary to make sure that my experience at Mike Erdman is simple and convenient. I have never felt that I was overcharged or had unnecessary service done. If it were not for Billy, I would be taking my care to C&C Automotive. More
