I had a recall part that needed to be replaced and Roy Swinson was very friendly and had it done in a timely manner. The waiting room is very nice and comfortable. I would come here again. This survey is about my last service with Billy Stevens in Junr 2011. The problem that was finally remedy by Mr. Stevens dated back to April 2011 about a faulty airbag light. In April it was told to me tha in Junr 2011. The problem that was finally remedy by Mr. Stevens dated back to April 2011 about a faulty airbag light. In April it was told to me that it was not covered under warranty. Even though on the bill it clearly states that you have 12 months or 12,000 miles under warranty. This was the second time that the same problem occured, the vehicle had less LESS LESS than 12,000 miles and was only 9 months thats right 9months from the time it was last fixed. I had to contact Nissan North America to have Mike Erdman Nissan repair the airbag system for no charge. This took over a month and several calls to Nissan N/A who handled the problem after many calls and Regional Specialists. I as a customer should not have had to go thru this inconvieience. This was all caused by the service agent (Wilma Reigel) and according to her her manager. I have concern in two areas, 1- This part has been fixed twice now in less than a year. This part (airbags) is a safety device and according to national averages that I obtained with assistance from the AAA breaks down less than 1/2 of a percent in all cars including Nissan. I cannot sell my car if this light keeps coming on.I question that the mechanic is not repairing it correctly. What happens the next time if the mileage is more than 12,000 miles or over 12 months? To repair this part is $1600.00. I believe this part should be covered under my extended warranty that I purchased at the time I bought the car and assumed that this and other electronic parts were covered. It is a safety concern I cannot believe it was not included. My other concern is the mechanic or mechanics that serviced this car left plastic parts in the passenger seat and under the hood. This is shoddy workmanship at its best. The passenger seat and wheel had a sticky substance on it when it was returned to me. Nissans mechanics are responsible for the car and they represent the dealership and the Corporation. So to properly answer this survey if Billy Stevens remains with you I will remain with you, but something has to be done with the mechanic who worked on this car,and I hope he did this job correctly. I purchased a 2007 Nissan Quest. Immediately after driving it off the lot, I had to return to the Dealer because the van pulled to the right. Since then, every single tire rotation results in the sam driving it off the lot, I had to return to the Dealer because the van pulled to the right. Since then, every single tire rotation results in the same problem, van pulls to the right and this has been for 70,000 miles. I take it to the Dealer for every service and they can't resolve this problem. After countless complaints of vibration and pulling, the service department suggested not to rotate the tires. This is obviously a sign of not knowing the root cause and we have been subjected to paying increased service fees for tire repair, break repair, and vehicle alignments. Also, they do not honor the "tire for life". As I mentioned, I bring it to the Dealer for every service. This past weekend they said that my tires were coupling due to the the shocks being worn in the rear of the van and they would not replace the tires. I had to buy 2 new tires. And if my shocks were bad, it is hard to believe that they didn't inform me during my February maintenance. Also, I had the rotors replaced in November because of vibrations. The rotors had to be replaced again in April (5 months) and the service department said this was due to the way I drive the vehicle. Of course, this doesn't happen to any other vehicle I drive. More
We purchased a 2008 nissan pathfinder. 28 days later they accused us of fraudulent paperwork. They took the truck back. They told us we would get our $2500 cash down payment back. Instead of giving us the do accused us of fraudulent paperwork. They took the truck back. They told us we would get our $2500 cash down payment back. Instead of giving us the down payment back they applied it to the loan of our trade. So now we are out our $2500. But we do own a car worth less than that. Thanks for all the lies and deceit!!! More

I feel that Labor charges of $534.69 were a bit excessive for the three hours my vehicle was in the shop, however the service provided by Master Tech Richard Marks was, and always has been, is of the highest for the three hours my vehicle was in the shop, however the service provided by Master Tech Richard Marks was, and always has been, is of the highest quality.
