I’ve bought my last five cars from Mike Erdman Nissan. I’ve always had them service my vehicle when due for maintenance. I’ve had body shop work done there as well. The estimates are accurate or less than the actual bill. The job is always done on time and they fix it right the first time. They guarantee the work. The shop is clean and presentable. They offer a ride to work or wherever you need to go while work is being done. They have a comfortable, pleasant, clean waiting area. Billy Stephens is the one I see before I turn my car over to the mechanics. Mr. Stephens is loyal to the customer and is an asset to Mike Erdman as he consistently demonstrates actions, manners, conduct and performance consistent with the Mike Erdman’s values. I don’t have one negative thing to say about this team. More

Customer service was good but the quality of work on the car repair was not right cuz I had to being the car back in 3 more time. I went there one more to see if they can fix the same problem and again it was another reason why. So I took the car to a place I can trust (Cooper Tirers). They told me that everything that Mike Erdman cars service told me didn't needed any work on. So I'm thinking that all the services that they worked on my car was to make them moneys. I'm very disappointed in their services. Never will I recommend them to anyone or have anymore businesses with Mike Erdman!! More
