Lied to for two years It's been over two years of trying to get the keys I was promised by this dealership and STILL can't get anyone to take care of the promises made to m It's been over two years of trying to get the keys I was promised by this dealership and STILL can't get anyone to take care of the promises made to me! So much turnover with management and sales staff...good luck buying a vehicle and getting ANY sort of service after the sale! I've tried for 20 months to work with them and I keep getting told "oh yes we will get that taken care of" except now they say...oh we have new managers and it's been too long...and never actually get what I was promised....take your time and money somewhere else and avoid the horrible experience I've had to deal with! I have screen shots from texts and emails showing I was lied to and STILL nobody will even return a call now! So thankful I never have to deal with this company again! Unfriendly people and hidden chsrges! Jim turner should not be working with the public! You have hidden charges that i feel are ridiculous. I have to pay for a shuttle i don't use.
