Craig and the front desk staff were so polite and made my stressful experience much more pleasant. They worked with my insurance company to ensure all damages were going to be taken care of. After they took my car apart, they had me come back up and showed me the damage underneath the visible damage and how it would be repaired. Craig kept in touch with me regularly through email and always answered my questions in a timely manner. He told me my car would be completed in 3 weeks and it was exactly that timeframe! My husband picked my car up for me since I work out of town. I was so pleased to see the work completed by the technicians. My car looked brand new again!
