Great experience I brought my car to be looked at due to issues with my car starting. They asked to keep it longer, but were unable to replicate the problem and even said that it was giving more power each time. I really appreciated the honesty. I havent had any problems since. And to top it off, they gave me a free car wash. It was great customer service. More

Taking Care of Customers! Went in for a check engine light and a couple of other issues. Ended up being something that would take longer than the time I had available so MidWes Went in for a check engine light and a couple of other issues. 1st service. Went fine. Didn't have any problems. My one concern is that I asked them if my UVO services maintenance reminder was updated after oil change and they Went fine. They acted like they didn't fully know what I was talking about? Maybe more education is needed for your service team. When I got home and looked I could not see any updates. Still don't know how to update. More

I took my car in for what I thought was wheel bearings but the service technician said it wasn't that at all and that I needed new tires and an alignment. I had two comforters that I intended to take to the Laundromat afterwards but since they needed time to put the tires on and do the alignment, they took me to the Laundromat and picked me up when they were done with the car. They got it done in a reasonable amount of time, and I was able to get two things done at once! More
