Concerned about the weekend and the safety of the vehicle, I headed to Midwest Kia - apologizing for my unplanned visit - they quickly took the vehicle in and diagnosed a seat bolt had come out and promptly replaced it - in and out in less than an hour - without an appointment - the service was exceptional, prompt and shows why the overall service experience of this dealership has been a perfect 10/10 since I bought the Sorento a year ago. Oil change My service was great as it always is. The only slight problem I experienced was my windshield wiper blades needed replaced and I knew this prior to sc My service was great as it always is. The form stated that they were good but still needed changed as the right side doesn’t clean fully. It’s not an issue as I can replace on my own. I was satisfied with my entire service regardless. Quick and Friendly Response Time Brandon Michael met me as I arrived in the service area. He immediately asked what I wanted and proceeded to check me in, while letting me know about Brandon Michael met me as I arrived in the service area. He came into the waiting room and fixed the television that had gone off channel and reset so that me and other customers could continue to watch. Brandon came and escorted me to my ride once the services and had been completed and walked me through what had been taken care of. He then escorted me to my car and moved a car that was waiting for their occupant. I did not have a long wait period and felt comfortable during my visit. More
